Our White Water Rafting experience in Cagayan de Oro City was indeed a fun activity! I never thought it was that cool. It was not scary at all!

We traveled almost an hour from the city of Cagayan to the white water rafting site. Upon arrival to the Cagayan de Oro river, we were immediately oriented on how to paddle correctly and we were briefed that following orders from our guides are most important. We were abit disappointed that the river wasn't that white. It was actually brown in color due to heavy rainfall the day before.

There were 14 rapids all in all. Each rapid has its own name and characteristic. You'll never get bored while you're on the boat. Guides are there to tell stories on how they come up such names. You're also allowed to jump off the boat. The sceneries along the river were exciting. There we saw some snake skins, caves, wild plants, big and green trees and etc. The whole white water rafting lasted for 3 hours.

We were all wet upon reaching the end point. We started at 9am and ended at 12 noon. If you're planning to try water rafting in Cagayan, it is advisable to wear long sleeves, hats, and etc. to protect your skin from the heat of the sun. And also don't forget to apply sunblocks prior to the activity.

Before we left the place, we couldn't help but to share our own stories about the activity to each other. :) For me, it was one of my achievements! I can now say, am brave enough that I have tried water rafting. Hehe. I would like to thank the people behind "Mindanao Bloggers Summit". They were the one who planned this great activity. Beautifying a house is a fun thing to do. Lot of effort needs to be exerted before coming up with a design of your choice. If given a chance and when I already own a house, the part of it that needs to be modified is the kitchen. This is where I can enhance my expertise at cooking. What is important is that, you know what you really need in your house, what you want for your house to look like particularly in your kitchen.

Since kitchen is my favorite part of the house, I am taking into consideration of buying kitchen appliances. The ones that got me interested of buying are dishwashers, built in dishwashers, refrigerators, blenders and a whole lot more. Owning a dishwasher is on the top of my priority, really. A more expensive dishwasher can be quieter coz it has better insulation. If you will be the judge which is better stainless steel dishwashers ? convertible dishwashers or tall tub built in dishwashers ? I'm quite confused because I might end up of buying that isn't suited for my needs. Well, I guess it is still too early for me to decide since I don't have a house to call my own yet. :D If the time comes, I'll surely comeback to the site I just found. :)

I know for sure you too have your own choice of appliances to be used in your house that are needed any time.. :)

During our 1 day stay at Camiguin, White Island was one of the tourist spots I enjoyed the most. Tammy and I were brave enough to conquer our fears! At first, we were frightened by the big waves while heading to White Island in Camiguin. But it is all worth it. The place was so solemn and very relaxing to the extent that we want to stay there overnight. White Island is an oasis of pure white sand beach and is a perfect place for relaxation and nature tripping. Your Camiguin visit will not be considered without stepping on White Island. ;)

Lockers were one of the benefits we got from our employer before. All hired employees at 1and1 were provided one locker each. Not bad for those agents who bring with them mugs, blankets, jackets, bags during their shift. They can leave their valuable things in the locker designated for them while they are at work. How I wish that the company am currently working at right now will provide such benefit. Wood Lockers will do, it wouldn't matter though. Perhaps, I can open up this suggestion to our Admin personnel. What do you think about this idea?

Well for now, I will just have to search for top manufactures of Lockers who have been dealing for this kind of business for years through online. I will look for companies who can provide me the latest styles and colors at affordable prices. So that if the Admin agrees to my suggestion then they can easily consider the site I found. For so many attempts, I found lot of websites but there is one website I got hooked up with. The site is impressive and offers different kind of lockers from School Lockers, Vented Lockers to Gym Lockers. Losing weight won't happen overnight. If you're struggling to lose weight, it is best if you make changes each and everyday with the food you take or through exercise and you will surely drop off those excess fats.

Try to eat healthy foods in most meals. You can drink water instead of softdrinks. Replace mayo with mustard. Choose lean meats. (e.g. chicken and fish-are both low in fat). Replace chocolates with low calorie protein diet bars, low carb and sugar free protein bars. I have discovered that these protein bars are well suited for diet and weight loss. You'll lose weight faster, if you reduce your intake of high-fat, high-calorie food.

It's an act of bravery (for me) to try canopy walk and the Giantslide at Maxima Aqua Fun in Samal Island...really it is... Not all visitors who had visited Maxima have tried these, because not all have guts to try such terrifying experience, I guess. Hehe. If you visit Samal Island, make Maxima as your number one choice of destination.

The experience was worth remembering.. :) I would like to thank the birthday boy who invited us to celebrate his bday at Maxima Aqua Fun. Without him, this adventure won't be possible..
