■ It was supposed to be a Reunion Concert for Eraserheads last Saturday at Bonifacio Global City Open Field a.k.a The Fort when Ely Buendia's sister Lali went up to the stage and said to concert-goers "We regret to inform you that we have to cut the concert short. My brother had to be rushed to hospital because of emotional and physical stress he is experiencing" she said.

They were able to play more than 10 songs some of them were Alapaap, Wag mo nang Itanong, Fruitcake, Ligaya and etc. At around 9:30 p.m. the band took a 30-min. break. Minutes later Lali went up to the stage and apologize for the concert goers why they have to cut the reunion concert short.

Organizers, Friends and Band Members rushed Ely Buendia to the Makati Medical Center who has reportedly in a stable condition as of the moment.

■ At exactly 9:30 a.m on August 23, 2008, Pantasya ng Bayan's Joyce Jimenez exchanged vows to
her Fil-Am boyfriend Paul Eli Egbalic at Walnut, California.

Joyce revealed that it wasn't love at first when she met Paul 3 years ago. The wedding was solemnized at the San Lorenzo Ruiz church and the reception followed at Country Club in Pomona, California.

Over 200 guests attended. Most of them are from US. She decided to had her wedding in California, because it would be unfair to her bf if it will be held in the Philippines since his family is based in California.

"There will be no honeymoon." joyce uttered. She will stay in California for a couple of days then come back to Manila to accomplish her commitments with Ever Bilena and her husband will remain in the States.

Now that she's already married will Joyce continue her business and showbiz career in the Philippines or will she chooses to settle down in California? We'll see..
